BeritaBerlian.com, Lampung tengah – OGK atau Orientasi Gerakan Kepanduan SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Rumbia kembali digelar di tahun pelajaran 2017-2018. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh sekitar 50 siswa, 90% siswa kelas 10 dan sisanya kelas 11 yang tahun lalu belum sempat ikut. Dari 50 peserta tersebut terbagi menjadi 5 regu terdiri dari 2 regu putra dan 3 regu putri. Edi Junaidi selaku pembina pramuka mengatakan bahwa OGK wajib diikuti oleh siswa sebagai syarat masuk di pramuka.
OGK dilaksanakan selama 3 hari 2 malam di Bumi Perkemahan Muhammadiya satu rumbia yang beralamat di Reno Basuki kecamatan rumbia. Dibuka oleh Kepala SMK Muhammadiyah rumbia Mahsun Khamawi pada Jumat siang, 22 September 2017 dan akan berakhir pada hari Ahad/Minggu.
Ridho Andian sebagai Ketua Pramuka menjelaskan bahwa kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melatih kemandirian dan kedisiplinan peserta. “Bukan jadi siswa yang alay (red-aneh), tapi siswa yg mandiri, disiplin, dan taat pada aturan yang berlaku” tegasnya. (dd)
