Pra DIKSAR diawali dengan upacara yang dilaksanakan pukul 08.15 WIB bertempat di lapangan Kampus 15 A Iring Mulyo Metro Timur. Upacara ini di hadiri oleh peserta yang terdiri dari siswa MAN I Meto, SMK I Metro, SMK merah Putih Metro, dan Satpol Pas MTS. Serta tamu undangan yang turut hadir diantaranya Wakil Walikota Metro, Walikota beserta Wakil Walikota Bandar Lampung, kodim 0411 Lt, pembina UKM MENWA, senior UKM MENWA, perwakilan UKM dan UKK IAIN Metro, serta perwakilan UKM Universitas Muhammadiyah dan PGRI.
