BeritaBerlian.com, Bandarlampung – Komisi II DPRI RI mengapresiasi langkah antisipatif Gubernur Lampung Muhammad Ridho Ficardo dalam menganggarkan dana penyelenggaraan dan pengawasan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) dan Pemilihan Gubernur (Pilgub) 2018. Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung mengalokasikan dana Rp260 miliar Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) dan Rp90 miliar untuk Badan Pengawas Pemilu (Bawaslu).
“Komisi II mengapresiasi langkah Gubernur Lampung dan Pemerintah Provinsi Lampung secara keseluruhan karena menyiapkan dukungan anggaran dengan menandatangani naskah perjanjian hibah daerah (NPHD) untuk KPU dan Bawaslu, sehingga kebutuhan dana Pilgub dan Pilkada 2018 serentak telah teralokasi,” kata Ketua Tim Kunjungan Komisi II DPR RI Zainuddin Amali, pada kunjungan kerja spesifik Komisi II DPR RI, di Ruang Abung Balai Keratun, Selasa 19 september 2017. Kunjungan ini dalam rangka evaluasi dan persiapan Pilkada Serentak 2018 di Provinsi Lampung. Kemudian, memastikan dukungan pemerintah daerah terhadap pelaksanaan Pilkada. Zainuddin mengaku optimistis Pilkada 2018, baik Pilgub maupun Pilkada Lampung Utara dan Tanggamus berjalan lancar dan kondusif.
“Seperti kita ketahui, Provinsi Lampung memiliki suhu politik yang cukup dinamis. Namun kami yakin dengan dukungan Gubernur dan pengalaman dari TNI dan Polri, gejolak saat menjelang dan saat pemilihan dapat diantisipasi. Sehingga pesta demokrasi di Lampung berjalan dengan baik,” kata Zainuddin Ismail.
Tahapan Pilkada, kata Gubernur Ridho, antara lain diawali dengan penandatanganan NPHD dengan KPU dan Bawaslu. Kemudian, dengan Polda Lampung guna antisipasi keamanan. “Pemprov Lampung menandatangani NPHD dengan KPU Rp260 miliar dan Bawaslu Rp90 miliar. Ada peningkatan signifikan dibandingkan Pilkada 2014. Sementara mata pilih sekitar 6 juta,” kata Ridho.
Di sisi lain, Ketua KPU Provinsi Lampung Nanang Trenggono memaparkan anggaran KPU untuk Pilkada Lampung Utara Rp31 miliar dan Tanggamus Rp32 miliar. Sedangkan Ketua Bawaslu Provinsi Lampung Fatikhatul Khoiriyah mengatakan, pihaknya melantik seluruh pengawas di kabupaten/kota pada 25 Agustus 2017. Adapun anggaran dana pengawasan Bawaslu yakni Provinsi Lampung sebesar Rp92,5 milyar, Tanggamus Rp9,3 miliar dan Lampung Utara Rp12,9 miliar. (red)
