Pemprov Lampung Sambut Memoratorium Magang Bagi TKI Asal Lampung

BANDARLAMPUNG — Deputy Governor of Lampung, Bachtiar Basri, welcomed
the reopening of the Internship Moratorium for Workers from Lampung, who
will forge themselves abroad. 

When receiving an audience with the Director of the
International Manpower Association Japan Mr. Yanagizawa, Director of IM
Jakarta Mr. Komiya and Ozawa’s entourage, in the Work Room of the Deputy Governor of
Lampung, Wednesday 01 February 2017.

On this occasion also attended accompanying
Kaban.Balitbangnovda Mulyadi Irsan, Head of Manpower and Transmigration Office Sumiyati Somad,
Secretary of Lampung Province Kesbangpol Linmas and Head of Sub-Directorate
of Foreign Apprenticeship of the Ministry of Manpower & Transmigration Nita.

The audience was also attended by the Indonesian Construction Entrepreneurs Association (IKAPEKSI) Yatman, Budi Nugroho, Agus Budiono, Agus Sutiono.

Regarding this policy, Bachtiar asked
the relevant work units to prepare a good recruitment process. “Anticipate
various things that are not good. For example, it is not time for interns to return to Indonesia
. Therefore, they must be selective. The
Lampung Provincial Government will help with the costs of training for Japanese language courses. If
possible, this includes helping with transportation for the departure of the
interns later,” said Bachtiar.

Internship participants are not TKI, continued the Deputy Governor, but are
assets of the Indonesian people who study in the State of Sakura. There will be a change in
attitude, work ethic, a work culture that is full of discipline and responsibility
in increasing productivity. So that Lampung will be Advanced and
Prosperous, more developed because it has quality human resources. 

“We know that Japan is a country that has a creative
and productive society. On behalf of the people of Lampung, I thank
the Japanese government. Hopefully, from this apprenticeship there will be new, quality pioneers
,” he explained.

Protocol Bayana added through the Head of Public Relations Heriyansyah, that the Director of IM
Assosiation Japan Mr. Yanagizawa, before the Deputy Governor of Lampung conveyed
the presence of a group from Japan to find out firsthand the condition
of the participants who had internships in Japan from Lampung,
whether they were successful or not. . 

“We want to ensure that there is a
change in culture and work discipline for workers from Lampung.
So that in the future we will provide an example to other communities
and Lampung will be more advanced and developed,” said Yanagizawa. (*)
